Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. First, cut the elephant into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Coat meat in flour and salt and pepper.
  3. Brown meat over wood fire.
  4. Add remaining flour to browned meat add more oil if needed to form a paste
  5. Add water, and vegies to stock pot
  6. Bring to a rapid boil an reduce heat to simmer
  7. Simmer for 1 and 1/2 days stiring every so often
  8. This will serve 1,360 people. If more guests are expected, add the 2 rabbits.
  9. ONLY! Do this if necessary, as most people don't like to find hare in their stew.
  10. Salt and pepper to taste
