  1. Prepare the pan with olive oil & butter, melted
  2. Cube the potatoes
  3. Chop onion coarsely
  4. Add to pan
  5. Add salt, pepper and garlic
  6. Fry until potatoes are lightly browned, then add the lemon juice and continue frying until golden
  7. Sprinkle with parsely and serve
