Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roast squash, carrots and red peppers with spray olive oil and pepper seperately.
  2. Cook peas as you would in the microwave
  3. Cook a chicken breat and chop it up
  4. Add 1/4 cup of jarred gravy
  5. Mix it all together and heat it up and volia
  6. (add any spices that you want)
