Ingredients:

  • 1 cup toor dal ( use rice cup)
  • 1 cup urad dal ( use rice cup)
  • 1 cup channa dal ( use rice cup)
  • 0 1/2 cup coriander seeds
  • 4 piece red chillies
  • 1 tbsp methi seeds (fenugreek seeds)
  • 1 tbsp jeera seeds (cumin seeds)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 0 1/4 tbsp hing powder (asefortedita)

Directions:

  1. In a pan add the oil and add all ingredients.
  2. Fry till brow on low flame
  3. Mix in a blender to a dry powder consistency
  4. Make sure the consistency is a little bit coarse and it is not a fine powder.
