Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp pumkin pie spice (you may need a little more, it's really according to your taste)

Directions:

  1. Thoroughly beat eggs. (make sure these are completely beaten. There is nothing worse for some people than to get a bit of unbeaten egg)
  2. Mix in condensed milk, vanilla, milk and salt, and pumpkin pie spice
  3. You can serve at this point, but our family warmed it over a low heat until hot, then chilled since it had raw eggs in it.
  4. Sprinkle with Nutmeg
