Ingredients:

  • basic math for 1 serving
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of sourdough bread
  • 1/2 tsp butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Soft boil eggs:
  2. Bring water to a boil, reduce heat
  3. Lower the eggs into water and slow cook no longer than 3-4 minutes
  4. Meanwhile, spread butter on a slice of bread and cut the bread into small cubes
  5. Cut the egg open and scoop the content out in a cup
