Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package edamame, shelled
1/3 cup cilantro leaf
1 avocado, chopped
1/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/3 cup water
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions:
1. Put the edamame in a food processor and pulse several times. Add cilantro and pulse again. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
