Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef, onion, pepper and celery until beef is brown.
  2. Drain off grease.
  3. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chili powder.
  4. Cook potatoes and cabbage separately.
  5. When done, pour with beef and vegetables and simmer 10-15 minutes.
