Easy Scrumptious Cousous Dish

Ingredients:

  • 1 large knob of butter
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Place the couscous in a medium bowl
  2. Add the raisins, paprika and pinch of salt
  3. Toss well
  4. Add the know of butter on top
  5. Pour enough boiling water to slightly cover the coucous
  6. Cover with a large plate and set aside
  7. After ten minutes the coucous would be fluffy
  8. Using a fork, fluff up the couscous
  9. Serve warm
