Easy Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

  1. Put rice, water and butter in microwave bowl.
  2. Cook in microwave for 20 minutes on high.
  3. Stirring every 5 minutes.
  4. Water should be absorbed.
  5. Add sweetened condensed milk.
  6. Cook 3 minutes longer.
  7. Add rest of ingredients
  8. Cook 2 more minutes.
  9. Let Cool.
