Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes and onion in large pot until potatoes are tender.
  2. Drain off water and add margarine, sour cream, and bacon bits.
  3. Add enough milk for desired consistency.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until ready to serve.
  6. Serve with crackers, croutons, or loaf bread.
