Easy Pesto Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Line a shallow baking pan with foil and spray lightly with cooking oil.
  3. Pat chicken halves dry and arrange in pan.
  4. Spread liberally with pesto sauce
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until firm.
  6. Uncover and sprinkle liberally with shredded cheese and return to oven to brown uncovered.
  7. Serve with pasta or delicious with garlic mashed potatoes and a salad and rolls.
  8. Enjoy
