Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup (200 g) sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix peanut butter, sugar, & egg in a bowl.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Flatten on pan.
  4. Bake at 325 for 13-15 min.
  5. Remove from oven and allow 5-10 min to harden. Cookies will appear very soft when first removed but they will harden. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
