Super Simple Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with spoon or pastry blender.
  2. Roll dough into balls.
  3. Place them on a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minute.
