Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line bottom of 1 1/2-2 quart casserole dish with the chopped peaches, and cover them with bread crumbs.
  2. Beat the egg, add melted butter, flour and sugar, mix well and pour evenly over bread crumbs.
  3. Bake in preheated 350 degree (Fahrenheit) oven 20-30 minutes or until bread topping is golden brown.
