Easy No Knead Bran Refrigerator Rolls

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, pour boiling water over Crisco or butter
  2. Add sugar, Bran, salt
  3. Mix to combine
  4. Let stand until lukewarm
  5. Stir yeast into cup of lukewarm water, set aside, let dissolve
  6. Beat eggs, add to *lukewarm* bran mixture, combine
  7. Stir in dissolved yeast
  8. Add 6 cups flour gradually, beating as you add
  9. Mix thoroughly with wooden spoon (can use dough hook on mixer)
  10. May have to add a little more flour (dough needs to drop from spoon in lumps)
  11. Dough will be fairly *soft *
  12. Cover dough tightly
  13. Place in refrigerator for several hours
  14. Pinch off bits of dough and from balls, (2 or 3), to fill well-greased
  15. Muffin tins about half full
  16. Let rise until double in size
  17. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until browned
  18. Dough will keep in refrigerator for 2 days
