Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 6 -7 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 dry yeast , packets

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle yeast over water/sugar mixture. When bubbles, add oil, slightly beaten eggs, flour and salt. Mix well - knead - let raise till doubles in size. Take out amount of dough wanted. Roll out to 1/2 thick. Sprinkle with brown sugar, sugar, butter, cinnamon and nuts or jam and roll into loaf. Put in pan and let raise till doubles in size or slice to make rolls. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes for loaves or 18 minutes for rolls depending on size.
