Easy-Mix Butter Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. 2. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. 3. Beat with electric mixer on low until blended, then beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Grease round cake tin and line the base with greaseproof paper.
  5. 5. Pour mixture into tin and bake in moderate oven for about 30-40mins.
  6. 6. Your choice if you want to leave plain or put incing on top.
  7. 7. Enjoy.
