One Pot No-Bake Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups rolled oats

Directions:

  1. In large saucepan on medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Pour in sugar and cocoa. Mix.
  3. Pour in milk and whisk until creamy.
  4. Bring to rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat and add vanilla and peanut butter.
  6. Stir until peanut butter is thoroughly melted.
  7. Add oats and stir quickly.
  8. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool until firm.
