Easy Mexican Chicken and Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast , strips for stir-fry
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (16 oz) can black beans
  • 1 (11 oz) can whole mexicorn whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Spray 10 nonstick skillet with Pam.
  2. Cook chicken in skillet over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink in center.
  3. Stir in seasoning mix, beans, corn and water.
  4. Cook over medium-high heat 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce is slightly thickened.
  5. Serve with tortillas.
