Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp cream of tarter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp maple extract

Directions:

  1. Combine first four ingredients in small saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add Maple extract to sugar syrup and bring to a boil.
  3. Boil 1 minute.
