  1. Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs and water with wire whisk in medium bowl. Stir in ham,1/2c cheese and 2Tbs cilantro.
  2. Pour into greased 9 pie pan or quiche dish;sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake 30 mins. or till puffy and golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
