Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 1 box mac & cheese ( kraft)
  • 1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • texas pete or tobassco (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cook box of Mac & Cheese as per directions on box
  2. Chop and brown onion and pepper
  3. Add beef and salt and pepper
  4. Drain beef and stir in tomatoes
  5. Mix well
  6. Add Mac & Cheese
  7. Add splash of hot sauce if desired
  8. Serve
