Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350F, 170C, Gas Mark 4
  2. In a large frying pan or skillet brown the ground beef
  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion, carrots, tomatoes and peas, mixing well
  4. Cook mixture for two or three minutes, then turn off heat
  5. Pour beef and veg mixture into a large casserole dish
  6. Top the mixture with the mashed potatoes, covering the top evenly and scoring with a fork to make slight ridges in the top
  7. Bake for 45 minutes
  8. Let the casserole set for 5-10 minutes before serving
