Ingredients:

  • 20 plum tomatoes
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch sage
  • 1 cup parsley

Directions:

  1. Dice and seed tomatos.
  2. Dice up peppers.
  3. Chop sage and parley.
  4. Smash or chop garlic (your pick).
  5. Combin everything into a sauce pan and cook over med heat for about 1 hour.
