Easy Frozen Butter Brickle Delight

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. CRUST
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. In medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup melted butter and granulated sugar until well mixed.
  4. Press into bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  5. Bake 6 minutes, or until set.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. CRUMBLES
  8. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  9. In a large bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter and pecans until well mixed.
  10. Lightly pat onto a baking sheet.
  11. Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until light brown.
  12. Crumble while still hot.
  13. Cool completely.
  14. FILLING
  15. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  16. Beat in sweetened condensed milk until well blended.
  17. Fold in whipped topping.
  18. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  19. Sprinkle half of the oat crumbles over the cheese mixture, and spread half of the caramel sauce over that.
  20. Repeat layers.
  21. Freeze until firm, remove pan sides and serve cold.
