Ingredients:

  1. Brown the meat you chose
  2. Use a paper towel to sop up any fat if needed.
  3. Pour in the diced tomatoes and drained beans
  4. Cut up the white onion diced or larger.
  5. Cover with wax paper and cook in microwave around 3 minute.
  6. Then add them to mix.
  7. Cover and simmer for 15 min to 30 min
  8. For smack your mouth hot.
  9. Add cans of rotel green chilis hot or med and also jalapenos to taste
  10. For chili dogs.
  11. Cook hot dogs of choice in microwave.
  12. Put hot dog bun in bowl.
  13. Put on mustard and catsup or either.
  14. Cover with chili.
  15. Eat and enjoy.
