Easy Chicken Marsala in the Crockpot

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup marsala wine
  • 21 1/2 oz campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Cube chicken breasts.
  2. Place chicken, butter and spices in the slow cooker.
  3. Mix cream cheese, wine, water and mushroom soup.
  4. Pour over chicken.
  5. Cover Crockpot and cook on HIGH for 4- 5 hours.
  6. You can cook it on LOW for 7-8 hours - which I did.
