Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish or pan.
  3. In large bowl, combine cheese, salsa, onion, sour cream, soup and pepper; mix well.
  4. Add potatoes; mix well.
  5. Spread in greased dish.
  6. In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter; mix well.
  7. Sprinkle over potatoes.
  8. Bake at 350°F.
  9. For 45 to 60 minutes or until cheese is melted and potatoes are tender.
