Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces.
  2. Cover with water, (no salt!) and boil till tender.
  3. Cut the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Add cheese soup, kielbasa and 1/2 cup (or more) salsa to potatoes.
  5. Add a little more water if needed, and return to a simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add instant potatoes to thicken-1/2 cup at a time.
  7. Simmer 5 minutes.
  8. Enjoy!
