Easy Beef Satay with Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In bowl mix first 6 ingredients and set aside.
  2. Mix oil and remainder of pkg.
  3. Add meat and let sit at room temp for 30 minutes.
  4. Skewer meat and BBQ a few minutes each side.
  5. Serve with warm sauce.
  6. I warm it in the microwave for 40 seconds.
