EASY BANANA BREAD

Ingredients:

  • 4-5 large bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas with fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 40 to 45 minutes in preheated oven at 350 degrees. Yield: 2 loaves.
