Easy Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp low-fat milk
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup banana, mashed (about 2-3 overripe)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the sugar, butter, eggs, and milk together with a spoon in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda.
  4. Add 1/2 of the flour mixture into the sugar and egg mixture.
  5. Then add 1/2 of the banana mixture, and alternate until all in mixed together.
  6. Put batter in a greased loaf pan or into miniature loaf pans.
  7. Bake 40-60 minutes, depending on the size of the pan (they should be golden brown on the top).
  8. Enjoy!
