Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
  2. Grease and lightly flour 9x5x3 loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
