Easy and Good Beef Liver and Onions and Gravy

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Liver.
  2. Defrost the liver and soak in cold water for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Pad them dry and dash all slices with the salt and pepper.
  4. Coat the bottom of a large skillet with a generous amount of olive oil.
  5. Heat oil on high for about a minute and add liver.
  6. Cook 3minutes.
  7. Turn.
  8. Dash salt and pepper on other side.
  9. Cook 3minutes.
  10. Your Done.
  11. Onion.
  12. Cut into big slices.
  13. Coat bottom of pan with olive oil or butter if you want to be bad.
  14. (It's better with olive oil.) Heat oil about 1minute.
  15. Add onion.
  16. Dash with salt and pepper.
  17. Cook until brown on high or med high.
  18. Make sure to frequently stir onions and don't let them burn.
  19. Adjust temp if needed.
  20. Gravy.
  21. Cut onion into small pieces.
  22. Melt butter in pan and add onions.
  23. Cook them down on high for about 5min.
  24. Do not let burn.
  25. Stir in 4tbs of flour and stir.
  26. Add Broth and Water.
  27. Stir and stir some more.
  28. You Don't need to add salt becuase the broth has enough, but add pepper if you like.
  29. Bring broth to a boil and let simmer about 20 minutes, stirring every so often.
