Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In stick of melted butter, saute' onions, minced garlic, parsley in skillet
  2. In large bowl, beat eggs slightly, add milk and all other ingredients
  3. Bake in greased and floured ring mold at 350 degrees for about 30-45 minutes
  4. *Watch* and don't over brown
  5. Unmold on serving dish
  6. Fill center with cooked green peas
  7. This really is a beautiful presentation
