East Texas Frito Pie on the Go!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown beef with onions and garlic.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Add tomatoes, chili powder, sugar, salt and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Cover and simmer 1 hour.
  5. Add beans, juice and all.
  6. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until thick.
  7. Serve over Frito corn chips, rice or use for chili dogs.
  8. You can also make frito wraps with a little cheese added in the wrap, then microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  9. Top with grated cheddar cheese for a special treat.
