Directions:

  1. In an adequate saucepan, saute onion in vegetable oil until light brown.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes, peanut butter, and jalepeno pepper.
  3. Add beans, water, and curry powder.
  4. Simmer for thirty minutes, or until mixture is thick.
  5. Serve with ugali and enjoy!
