Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper (It makes cleaning up easier, I tried using aluminum foil but the wings stuck to it).
  3. Put chicken wings on the baking try and stick it in the oven for 30 minutes (no need to flip).
  4. Take the chicken wings out, flip them and brush on the sauce of your choice.
  5. Put them back into the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Take the chicken wings out, flip them and brush sauce onto the other side.
  7. Put them back into the oven for another 5 minutes.
  8. Enjoy with veggies or ranch/blue cheese dressing or just alone!
