Ingredients:
- use 1 cake mix of your choice. the cheaper the cake mix the better for some reason.
- so that said, 1 cake mix, your choice
Directions:
- Pre-heat the oven as directed on the cake mix.
- Mix cake as directed on box.
- Fold in the icing into the cake mix. Pour batter into a rectangular greased pan,
- Bake as directed on the box.
- Cake will be very moist. After the cake cools, sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar as a topping. Cut into serving sizes.
- It doesn't take much expertise, but you won't have any leftovers.
- I used Spice cake with creamed cheese frosting, and Carrot cake the same way. But the kids prefer the chocolate cake with the fudge chocolate icing.
