Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 fl oz pisco
  • 3/4 fl oz aperol (bitter orange aperitif)
  • 3/4 fl oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 fl oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 fl oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup ice

Directions:

  1. Place 1 cup ice in a collins glass. Set aside in the freezer.
  2. Combine pisco, Aperol, simple syrup, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and 1 cup ice in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake until chilled. Strain into the chilled Collins glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
