Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
  2. Once the butter is almost melted, add the package of cream cheese. (Cut into 4 pieces to help it melt quicker).
  3. Once the butter and cream cheese are mixed together add the cup of half and half and parmesan cheese.
  4. Shake black pepper on top.
  5. Stir all ingredients together until well mixed.
  6. Take saucepan off of the burner and set aside until it thickens.
  7. Stir frequently.
  8. Pour over your favorite pasta.
  9. I prefer Spinach Fettucine.
