Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425º.
  2. Melt butter into skillet, over low heat.
  3. Mix eggs, flour and milk until just blended.
  4. Pour batter into skillet with melted butter.
  5. Put skillet into oven and bake until puffy-25 minutes.
