Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (19171) or carob powder

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until thoroughly combined. The mixture should look like a lumpy paste.
  2. With slightly wet hands, roll paste into walnut-sized balls.
  3. Place on wax paper on a tray or plate and freeze until firm. Store in baggies in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
