Ingredients:

  • 4 -6 serving size salmon steaks
  • 4 -6 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • aluminum foil

Directions:

  1. Ensure that your diswasher is empty, including any drying agent that you may have filled it with.
  2. Rinse and pat dry your salmon steaks. 1 per person is plenty.
  3. Place each steak separately on a piece of aluminum foil, large enough to wrap around the steak (but don't wrap it up quite yet).
  4. Cut the lemons in half and juice them. Pour juice over each steak.
  5. Season each steak to taste with the Salt & Pepper and place a sprig of thyme on top.
  6. Wrap up the steak with the aluminum foil, being sure to cover it completely.
  7. Place steaks on the top rack of the dishwasher and start it, with the heated dry cycle on.
  8. When Dishwasher stops, the steaks are done to perfection. ENJOY!
