  1. Chop the livers as small as you can, I used a food processor. Chop the onions, celery and bell pepper and mince the garlic. In a large pan add the oil, the onions, celery, garlic and bell pepper and saute until transparent. Add the livers, ground turkey and pork and cook until done. Add the spices, Chicken Broth, and rice and cook until rice is done.
