Dilled Tuna And Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Scrub potatoes then cut into 1/2 cubes.
  2. In a covered medium saucepan cook potatoes in small amount of boiling water 12 minutes.
  3. Drain and cool slightly.
  4. Meanwhile in a large bowl stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, dill, milk, peel, salt and garlic.
  5. Stir in cucumber, green onions and radishes.
  6. Add cooked potatoes, tuna and chopped eggs then toss gently to coat.
  7. Cover and chill 6 hours then line dinner plates with shredded lettuce.
  8. Gently stir tuna mixture and spoon on top of lettuce.
