Potato Dill Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kilo of boiled baby potato or a usual boiled potato cut into cubes
  • 1/2 bunch of dill roughly chopped
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic finely chopped ( can be adjusted as per u taste)
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 2 tbsp of dijon mustard
  • pepper to taste
  • some olive oil

Directions:

  1. If u are using baby potato keep the skin on ... if its large u can peel it ... it all depends on u
  2. In a mixing bowl add sour cream dijon mustard n some olive oil mix it well ... add grated onion n garlic to it
  3. Now in the salad bowl add the potato mix the cream dressing n toss it well now add roughly chopped dill freshly ground pepper to taste ..keep it in fridge to cool
  4. Can be made 30 min or 1 hour in advance ..
  5. Ready to Serve .... Enjoy !!!!!
  6. The difference between this salad than the others is people using mayonnaise ... i made it last week with sour cream n it turned out well ... u can always use what u like .... I served it with turkey sandwich .... The reason i didnt add salt as sour cream which i bought was by itself salty ...you can add salt as per u taste :)
