Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 medium red potatoes , chunked

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for potatoes.
  2. Place the potatoes in a greased pan and toss with the mixture.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
