Diabetic Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup salad oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all together in a large bowl. Shape into balls and place on.
  2. Ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
  3. (You may add a little more flour if desired.).
